  1. Non-sport fit button downs are impossible to fit into without tailoring. Non-tailored dress pants you have to get larger waist to make them fit decently. Wear a collared sweater instead, they stretch to fit where they need to and it's plenty formal, especially black and grey argyle. Nice look. And you don't tuck it in so if the waist is a little baggy it will be covered up anyway. TB
  2. Hitting 531 right now. No carbs til Jan 11th, big deplete then going to slowly add more carbs each week to see where the sweet spot is for strength while avoiding fat gain. TB

  8. Edit on mobile is weird...sry about the double post after edit, it won't give me the option to edit again for some reason.
  9. This is pretty much how I train so it doesn't seem that ridiculous to me, any who know me on here know that I can move some decent weight but compete frequently in endurance events, primarily half marathons and I'm doing some tris this next year, a sprint but one half ironman the toughman minnesota. You just have to train both ways, switch hitter, or combine the two with heavy massive supersets. Heavy progressive supersets are king. I guess if I can bench 4 and dead 6 and run a half its not hard for me to believe that there is someone else who can lift more and run farther than I can, with my limited training schedule. TB
  10. Merry Christmas good fellas
  11. HAHA!! Funny twist of fate. So my wife and I, through our church, went to this Love After Marriage seminar series, class whatever you want to call it. Long story short my Church was the last place I figured that we would be told that we need to bone more frequently to maintain our spiritual and physical connection to one another. Not to spew the Word because we all have our own beliefs but I was happy to read a ton of scripture bluntly saying your wife's body is not her own it belongs to you and vice versa, and it is shameful and even sinful to deny your spouse God's good pleasure he created for us. Long story short, I am significantly more horny than the wife obviously but since we took that class we understand how important it is not just on a physical level but spiritual and emotional connectedness(not sure that is a word) and she pleases me pretty much whenever I want but I also deny myself when I know she really..really doesn't want to at that moment. I think denying ourselves of any good pleasure at times builds strength in character. TB
